I'm James Wilson. My path started in the United States Marine Corps, then led me through the State Department, the USDA, and Federal Protective Service. Discipline wasn't something I learned. It was who I became.

When I left government, I threw myself into real estate: flipping houses, then building them from the ground up. I ran a national real estate membership organization, trained investors coast to coast, and helped people build wealth through property.

After the 2008 crash wiped the slate, I came back with a sharper focus: renewable energy, emerging technology, and helping small businesses scale through AI.

Today, I'm a Private Money Broker. I help real estate entrepreneurs get the capital they need to build real wealth. And I teach them the ropes with a boots-on-the-ground mentality.
