Introducing Rooms: your team + ai employees, in one conversation.

The Marblism team

Hi Marblers!

Until now, each AI employee had their own chat. Today we're launching rooms: one conversation where several of your AI employees, and your teammates, work on the same project together.

Five chats for one launch

Last month we ran a workshop, and I spent a whole morning pasting the same brief into separate chats: one to Penny for the blog post, another to Sonny for the social posts, a third to Stan for the invitations. Then I copied Penny's article into Sonny's chat so the posts would match it.

This time I opened a room with Penny, Sonny and Stan and sent one message:

"We're running a free ai employee workshop on November 20. Penny, write the blog post. Sonny, turn it into posts for LinkedIn and Instagram. Stan, find 200 local agency owners and invite them."

Penny wrote the article and passed it to @Sonny, who built the posts from it instead of guessing. Stan put together the invite list. I followed it all in one thread, and the Work tab collected everything they made in one place: the blog post, the social posts, the lead list and the campaign.

You don't have to manage them

You don't need to tell the room who does what. Write your message, and each request goes to the agent whose job it is. Want one of them in particular? Type @ and their name.

They talk to each other too. When Sonny needs something from Penny, Sonny asks in the room, so you can follow along or step in. An agent with nothing to add stays quiet.

Add teammates from Members, and they see the same thread and the same work. If something goes sideways, one click stops everyone.

A few more ideas to try

  • Open a room with Linda and Eva and ask them to onboard a new client: Linda drafts the contract, Eva books the kickoff call.
  • Put Walter and Penny together and ask for a landing page for your offer, plus a blog post that sends people to it.
  • Add a teammate to a room with Sonny and go over next week's posts together before they go out.
  • Have a room focused on creating ads with Sonny and your marketing team.

Rooms are available today on web and mobile. Click New room in your left bar to start one.

Give it a try and tell us what you think!
