A few years ago, I was running a company that scaled to 65 employees and over $10 million in revenue (Vauban, acquired by Carta in 2022).
From the outside, things looked great. But behind the scenes I was working 100 hours every week, juggling everything, constantly putting out fires.
What changed my life was hiring virtual assistants.
I had an executive assistant, Sarah. She was the best. She helped me filtering my inbox, managing my schedule, and replying to my emails. She saved me hours every single day. The only thing is that I was paying her $2,000/month, but she was definitely worth it.
Then I hired a LinkedIn ghostwriter. He helped grow my audience to over 10,000 followers. That one decision alone brought us more inbound leads than any paid ad campaigns we were running.
And finally, I hired an SEO expert who consistently published articles that ranked on Google and it drove an insane amount of traffic to our website.
Each of these freelancers really multiplied my impact and I had a lot more leverage.
Eventually, I sold that company. And as I started my next venture, I asked myself:
“What if I could give every entrepreneur, every business owner access to that kind of power, for a fraction of the cost?”
And that’s what I did.
I replicated each of my virtual assistants as AI Employees.
Marblism was born.
