Marblism Partner Program Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining and participating in the Marblism Partner Program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, along with any future updates.

• We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the updated version.
• We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or remove partners at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

To participate, partners must:

• Provide accurate and complete account details.
• Promote the brand ethically and honestly.
• Comply with all applicable laws, advertising policies, and platform rules.
• Comply with anti-spam regulations and FTC disclosure rules.

We may refuse applications or remove existing partners at any time if activity poses risk to the brand, customers, or other partners.

3. Partner Program Overview

The Marblism Partner Program allows approved partners to earn lifetime commissions by referring customers to Marblism. Partners receive a unique referral link through Dub, their dashboard for tracking referrals, clicks, and earnings in real time.

All partners start at the Ambassador tier and are automatically upgraded as their referral volume grows. There is no separate application needed to move up.

• Commissions are earned on qualified paying customers referred through your unique partner link.
• Commissions are lifetime — meaning you earn on every payment that referred customer makes, for as long as they remain a customer.
• Your referred customers receive a discount on their plan, as specified per tier.

4. Partner Tiers

The program has three tiers. Tier upgrades are automatic based on referral volume per quarter. No re-application is required.

Tier thresholds are reviewed quarterly. Falling below the required referral count may result in a tier adjustment at the next review.

5. Commissions & Payments

Commissions apply to qualified transactions only. Details:

• Payments are made monthly, NET30, via Stripe Connect through your Dub account.
• Minimum payout threshold is $50. Earnings below this roll over to the next month.
• Commissions are calculated on the customer's paid plan at the time of payment.
• If a referred customer upgrades their plan, your commission adjusts to the new plan amount.
• If a referred customer cancels, commissions stop. If they resubscribe, commissions resume.

Commissions may be withheld or reversed if:

• An order is refunded, canceled, or charged back.
• Fraud or manipulation is suspected.
• Prohibited promotion methods are used.
• These Terms are violated.

6. Partner Links & Tracking

You will receive a unique partner link. You agree to:

• Use only your assigned partner link.
• Ensure referrals arrive through that link.
• Not manipulate tracking or attribution systems.

Sales that are not properly tracked or that bypass the link are not eligible for commission. We are not responsible for technical interruptions, user behavior, or third-party issues that impact tracking.

You may only use your partner link where you have permission and where context is transparent. You agree to:

• Clearly disclose that partner links are used.
• Avoid cloaking or deceptive redirects.
• Not embed links in coupon extensions or unauthorized tools.
• Link only to official Marblism pages.

7. Brand & Promotion Guidelines

You must always represent the brand accurately. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Misleading claims or unrealistic promises.
• Fake urgency or deceptive pricing language.
• Impersonating the company or employees.
• Misrepresenting product features or outcomes.

You are responsible for following local advertising and disclosure requirements, including clearly stating that content includes a partner link.

8. Paid Advertising Restrictions

To protect brand integrity and avoid competition conflicts, partners may not run ads that compete with or interfere with our campaigns. Prohibited ad activity includes:

• Bidding on our brand name, trademarks, or close variations.
• Bidding on branded or campaign keywords we actively target.
• Using our brand name in ad copy, headlines, or display URLs.
• Creating ads that look like official brand ads.
• Direct-linking partner links in paid ads without written approval.

If you want to run paid ads, you must obtain written approval first. Unauthorized ads can lead to immediate suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

9. SEO, Domains & Landing Pages

We encourage high-quality, educational content, but not tactics designed to hijack or replace our traffic. You may not:

• Build pages intended to rank for our brand keywords.
• Register domains containing our brand or confusing variations.
• Create comparison or review pages that mimic official pages.
• Copy our layout, design, or messaging to appear official.
• Build SEO traps designed to intercept brand searches.

Original, value-driven content is welcome. Anything meant to confuse users, redirect branded traffic, or overlap with active campaigns is not allowed.

10. Email, Social & Community Promotion

Promotion through email, social channels, groups, or communities is allowed when done responsibly. You may not:

• Send unsolicited spam or purchased-list emails.
• Claim affiliation, employment, or official representation.
• Post in communities that prohibit promotions.
• Automate spammy link drops or bot posting.

If a community requires permission before sharing, obtain it first.

11. Unauthorized Community Groups

Partners may not create or operate Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, Discord servers, or any other community spaces that:

• Use the Marblism name, logo, or branding in the group name or description.
• Present themselves as official Marblism communities.
• Are not explicitly approved by Marblism in writing.

If such groups are discovered, Marblism will use every available avenue to have them removed, including platform reporting, legal takedowns, and coordination with the hosting platform. This process will begin immediately upon discovery without prior notice to the group creator.

If you want to create a community or group affiliated with Marblism, email partners@marblism.com for written approval before creating anything.

12. Coupon Codes

How Coupon Codes Work

If you would like a coupon code generated for a specific campaign or content piece, reach out to partners@marblism.com. We will create one tied specifically to your account. Do not create, share, or publish your own codes.

Rules for Coupon Codes

• Do not expose your coupon code publicly on any website. Always use your partner link instead.
• Do not publish your coupon code in blog posts, YouTube descriptions, newsletters, or any public content.
• If your coupon code is spotted on a Chrome extension or coupon marketplace, you will not be banned, but the coupon code will be removed immediately. Please use your partner link instead for all blogs and public content.
• Using unapproved, scraped, or publicly circulated coupon codes is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

This applies across all platforms including websites, coupon directories, newsletters, YouTube descriptions, ads, pop-ups, and browser extensions.

Prohibited Coupon Codes

The following codes and any similar variations in structure, spelling, or intent are considered invalid. Uppercase/lowercase, numbers, hyphens, and typos are treated the same.

Using any of these (or similar codes) will result in suspension and loss of commissions.

If a coupon looks generic, seasonal, or too good to be true, assume it is not allowed unless we provided it directly in writing. We may expand or update this list at any time.

13. Overlapping Company Marketing Efforts

Partners should complement, not cannibalize, active campaigns. Prohibited activity includes:

• Duplicating or replicating live marketing assets.
• Running campaigns that target the same audiences with similar angles.
• Reusing brand creatives or testimonials without approval.
• Interfering with remarketing, funnels, or acquisition channels.

If you want to test something new, coordinate first. Collaboration beats cleanup.

14. Content Quality & Brand Safety

We may remove partners promoting content associated with:

• Illegal activity.
• Hate, discrimination, or harassment.
• Adult, violent, or harmful material.
• Clickbait or misinformation.
• Low-quality made-for-ads networks.

We reserve full discretion to decide what falls into these categories.

15. Termination

We may suspend or remove partners at any time for behavior that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Creates legal or reputational risk.
• Conflicts with our marketing strategy.

Any commissions earned through prohibited activity may be voided.

16. Independent Contractor Status

Participation does not create employment, partnership, or legal representation rights. Partners operate independently as contractors.

17. Marblism Collective

The Marblism Collective is a partner-to-partner referral program available to active Marblism partners. When you refer another person to the partner program and they are approved, you earn a percentage of their commissions for life.

Commission Rates by Tier

• Ambassador: 15% of what your referred partner earns.
• Growth Partner: 20% of what your referred partner earns.
• Strategic Partner: 25% of what your referred partner earns.

How Collective Referrals Work

• You share your unique Collective referral link from your Dub dashboard.
• When someone applies through your link and is approved as a partner, they are attributed to you automatically.
• You earn your tier percentage of their commissions for as long as they remain an active partner.

Attribution & Disputes

• All Collective commissions are effective as of May 26, 2026. No prior partner referrals are eligible for Collective commissions.
• If a referred partner does not appear under your account, email partners@marblism.com with the partner's name or email for manual attribution.
• Manual attribution does not include commissions earned prior to the attribution date.

The Collective is subject to all other terms in this agreement. Collective earnings may be withheld or reversed for the same reasons as standard partner commissions.

18. Appeals

If your account is suspended and you believe it was a mistake, email partners@marblism.com. Include screenshots, traffic sources, and context. We will review and respond.
