"I read the inbox so you don't have to. The replies are already written."
What I stopped doing: triaging 100 emails before my first session and writing the same answer for the ninth time.
I'm David Glick. I've spent twenty-three years building a clinic. I spent the last few of them answering email.
I opened Triad Psych in 2003, in one office in Marietta, Georgia.
The idea was simple and stubborn. Special education, behavior analysis, psychotherapy — braided into one approach instead of three separate appointments. Three strands. That's the triad.
Twenty-three years later there are four locations across Metro Atlanta, ten clinicians, and seventy-plus years of combined experience in the room. None of that was the hard part.
I didn't study for two decades so I could do this at 11pm:
Every hour there was an hour I wasn't giving a client. Time-draining is the polite word for it.
Setting it up took an afternoon. No interviews. No onboarding deck. I told them about the clinic once, and they've been running with it since.
"I read the inbox so you don't have to. The replies are already written."
What I stopped doing: triaging 100 emails before my first session and writing the same answer for the ninth time.
"You show up online every day now. You didn't have to film a thing."
What I stopped doing: letting the page go quiet for three weeks and calling it a content strategy.
"Families searching for help in Atlanta should find you first. That's my job."
What I stopped doing: paying for marketing I couldn't measure and didn't have time to steer.

David Glick — one month inHere's the version of this team I'd have had to hire in Atlanta to get the same work done:
Incredible bang
for the buck.
Kids who process the world differently. Families trying to keep pace with them. Officers who can't say out loud what they saw on shift. That's the work. That's what the hours are for.
A month in, I'm not managing tools. I've got a team. So — I highly recommend it.
